Valley Screen Printing is a garment printing specialist. We print on a wide variety of clothing from t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants, technical sportswear, team jerseys, ladies, youth and infant styles too. Have you considered sweatshop free garments or maybe organic or sustainable cotton? How about recycled cotton t-shirts? We have suppliers for all of these products and the technical knowledge for how to print on all of them.
While we have printed on some unusual items too, this is not our area of expertise. We are fully set-up to print garments of all kinds so our prices are competitive on jobs like these. We can print on some items that you bring to us, but the cost to you is higher since we need to charge sales tax on items you provide.
While we can handle jobs of all sizes the question we get most often is, 'Do you print small jobs?' The answer is yes, but please be advised the price goes up significantly for smaller jobs. We spend just as much time preparing and setting up a job of 12 shirts as we would a job of 1200 shirts so we need to charge accordingly. Do we do jobs even smaller than that? Sometimes. While we do not print just one shirt for people we do occasionally do jobs that are smaller than one dozen. Please note that jobs under 12 pieces may be subject to the minimum $50.00 charge. Team Jerseys: We print on team jerseys for many different sports. Please contact us with the specific type of sports jersey you want if you are looking for something beyond standard t-shirts. We also provide individual name and numbering services for jerseys. If you need specific names and numbers it would be in your best interest to let us know as soon as possible in the process so we can be sure to have the materials we need to fill your order."
Turnaround
We like to have 7-10 days to complete your job. However, there are some exceptions. Summer is the busiest time of year so our turnaround time can be up to 14 days. On the other hand, in the middle of winter, we can turn jobs around in 5-7 days. Outside factors can have an effect our our delivery of a job too. Some specialty shirts can take 7 days to arrive from the east or west coast.
People often ask about our capability to turnaround "rush jobs." Our definition of a rush job is anything that needs to be competed in less than 7 days. We do not have a additional charge for rush jobs. To us it's pretty simple: if we can finish your rush job by your deadline we will take the job. If we can't finish your job by the agreed upon deadline we will not take the job. We simply will not accept a job we can't complete by the deadline and "rush job fees" won't change that.
Artwork
We are currently using Adobe Illustrator Creative Suite Version 2 so we can accept all file formats that are compatible with that. This includes: Photoshop, Illustrator, PDF, JPEG, TIFF, and PNG formats.
Not a graphic designer? Don't have your own graphic design department? We can assist with the creation of artwork and artwork separations for multi-color designs.
